MUMBAI: At least 22 folks have been killed and quite a few wounded in a rush hour stampede on a foot around bridge linking Elphinstone Highway and Parel suburban railway stations in Mumbai this morning, law enforcement claimed.

Railway minister Piyush Goyal, who transpires to be in the metropolis, is envisioned to visit the web site of the tragedy, claimed railway officers.

In the meantime, the blame game has currently begun with the Shiv Sena concentrating on the Railways and the NDA federal government at the Centre, and inquiring for Goyal’s resignation.
